Every Black River bag is made to be used — hard. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, and we want your bag to be with you for years to come. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty against craftsmanship defects.
What’s Covered:
For 5 years from the date of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your bag if there’s an issue with the way it was made — stitching coming apart, seams failing, or any defect in craftsmanship.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse — but we get that life happens. If your bag gets damaged on the road, in a crash, or just through years of hard riding, we’re happy to repair it for you at a fair rate.

Repairs are done right here in our workshop in Quebec.
We’ll always let you know the estimated cost before starting any repair.
