Every Black River bag is made to be used hard. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, and we want your bag to be with you for years to come. That’s why we offer a 5 year warranty against craftsmanship defects.

What’s Covered

For 5 years from the date of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your bag if there’s an issue with the way it was made like stitching coming apart, seams failing, or any defect in craftsmanship.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse but we get that life happens. If your bag gets damaged on the road, in a crash, or just through years of hard riding, we’re happy to repair it for you at a fair rate.

Repair Service

Repairs are done right here in our workshop in Quebec.

• Repair rate: $25 per hour

• Plus cost of materials (if needed)

We’ll always let you know the estimated cost before starting any repair.
